Terms of Use & Sale

Last updated: October 2026

Welcome to Trade Show Contacts (“Trade Show Contacts”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use & Sale (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

  • our website and storefront at tradeshowcontacts.com (the “Site”); and
  • any digital products purchased from us, including trade show exhibitor lists and related CSV files (collectively, the “Products”).

By accessing the Site, downloading a free sample, or purchasing any Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site or purchase our Products.

If you are using the Site or Products on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

1. Who We Are & How to Contact Us

Trade Show Contacts is an independent data provider specializing in B2B trade show exhibitor lists compiled from:

  • official exhibitor directories,
  • publicly accessible company websites, and
  • other publicly available business contact channels.

We focus on company-level business contact information to support compliant B2B outreach, supplier discovery, and market research.

You can contact us at any time via info@tradeshowcontacts.com, the Contact, or Request Custom List links on the Site

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to:

  • your use of the Site (including browsing, accessing content, and downloading samples);
  • your purchase and use of any Products; and
  • any other services we may offer through the Site from time to time (such as custom list requests).

Additional terms may apply to specific Products or offers. In the event of a conflict, those specific terms will prevail for that Product or offer.

3. Nature of Our Products

Our Products typically consist of digital CSV files containing exhibitor and company information for specific trade shows and industry events, such as:

  • exhibitor or company name;
  • website URL;
  • publicly listed business email address;
  • publicly listed business phone number;
  • link to a company “Contact Us” or inquiry page;
  • booth, hall, and location information (where available);
  • product categories, descriptions, and related metadata; and
  • supplemental business contact channels and links, where found.

We do not sell attendee lists or private conference registration data. Our data is compiled independently from public, business-only sources and official exhibitor directories.

Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page, Products are delivered as CSV files suitable for import into common CRM systems and spreadsheets (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Airtable, Pipedrive, Excel).

4. Independent Relationship to Trade Shows

Trade Show Contacts is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any trade show organizer, association, or brand referenced on our Site or within our Products (including events such as Pack Expo, CES, World of Concrete, ProMat, AHR Expo, and others).

All trade show names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely to describe the source of publicly available exhibitor information.

5. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree that you will not:

  • use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any related systems;
  • use any automated system (such as bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access the Site in a way that imposes an unreasonable load;
  • tamper with or interfere with the proper functioning of the Site; or
  • misrepresent your identity or your organization when interacting with us.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

6. Ordering, Payment & Digital Delivery

6.1 Storefront & Payment Processing

Checkout on the Site is powered by Stripe. When you purchase a Product:

  • your payment is processed securely by Stripe; and
  • your files are delivered through the Site: instant-download lists can be downloaded from the product page immediately, and lists marked “24-hour delivery” are compiled after purchase and a download link is emailed to you within 24 hours.

We do not store your full payment card details. All card processing is handled by third-party payment providers.

6.2 Prices, Taxes & Currency

All prices are listed in the currency shown on the product page (typically USD). Prices may change at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Depending on your location, applicable taxes may be collected during checkout in accordance with applicable laws.

6.3 Instant Download & Access

Our exhibitor lists are typically available as instant digital downloads:

  • After payment, you can download instant-download CSVs immediately from the product page, and you will receive an email with a permanent download link. For 24-hour delivery lists, the download link is emailed as soon as the list is ready.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for backing up your purchased files.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, contact us through the Site so we can assist.

7. License & Permitted Use of Products

7.1 License Grant

Subject to your full payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

  • download the purchased Product(s), and
  • use them internally within your business or organization for B2B purposes, including supplier discovery, sales outreach, market research, and similar activities.

7.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • resell, redistribute, or commercially re-license our raw CSV files or substantial portions of them to third parties;
  • publish the full contents of a Product (or a substantial portion) in any public or shared database;
  • use our Products to build or train a competing commercial database or lead-generation service without our prior written consent;
  • use the data for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive practices; or
  • combine our data with other data in a way that violates privacy, anti-spam, or data protection laws.

7.3 Compliance Obligations

You are solely responsible for:

  • how you use the data in your own systems, CRMs, and outreach tools;
  • complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to email marketing, telephone outreach, data protection, and privacy (including, where applicable, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, UK GDPR, ePrivacy rules, and similar laws); and
  • honoring opt-out and unsubscribe requests from your own contacts and leads.

We provide business-only contact channels from public sources, but we do not control how you or your organization use that information.

8. Data Quality, Coverage & Bounce-Rate Guarantee

Our workflow combines:

  • official exhibitor directories,
  • automated scraping and validation (including MX checks and URL validation), and
  • LLM-assisted interpretation to find usable business contact channels on company websites.

We typically target:

  • high coverage of company-level emails and phones, and
  • a sub-10% email bounce rate for valid business emails.

8.1 Bounce-Rate Guarantee

For Products where the product page explicitly states an email bounce-rate guarantee (e.g., “We guarantee <10% email bounce rate or your money back”):

  • if you experience an email bounce rate above 10% on the email fields provided in the Product, and
  • you notify us within 30 days of purchase with reasonable evidence (e.g., anonymized bounce reports or screenshots),

we will, at our discretion:

  • provide a full or partial refund, and/or
  • offer a replacement or updated file if available.

This guarantee does not apply to:

  • emails you have modified, appended, or combined with other sources;
  • bounces caused by your sending infrastructure, content filters, throttling, or deliverability practices; or
  • emails that were operational at the time of compilation but later changed by the company.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Site and all Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
  • While we make reasonable efforts to compile accurate, up-to-date B2B data, we do not warrant that the information will be error-free, complete, or fit for every specific use case.
  • We cannot guarantee that every exhibitor will respond, that every phone number will be staffed, or that every email will deliver successfully.

Your use of the Site and Products is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether our Products meet your organization’s needs and compliance requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Products.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms, the Site, or any Product will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

11. Refunds & Cancellations

Because our Products are digital files delivered instantly:

  • all sales are generally final once the file has been downloaded, except where we offer a specific guarantee (such as the bounce-rate guarantee described above) or where required by law;
  • we may, at our discretion, offer refunds or credits in cases of technical issues, duplicate purchases, or other exceptional circumstances.

If you believe there is a serious issue with a Product (such as corrupt files or misrepresentation), please contact us promptly with details so we can investigate.

12. Intellectual Property

Except for the underlying public data, which is not owned by us, all content on the Site and in our Products—including the selection, arrangement, normalization, and enrichment of data, as well as text descriptions, product copy, and branding—is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • represent our Products as your own proprietary datasets;
  • remove or obscure any proprietary notices that accompany our files; or
  • use our brand name, logo, or product descriptions in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or white-labeling without our prior written permission.

13. Third-Party Services & Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, including:

  • trade show organizers and directories;
  • payment processors;
  • documentation or tools.

We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their separate terms.

14. Changes to the Site, Products & Terms

We may:

  • update or redesign Products between trade show cycles;
  • add, remove, or modify Product offerings; and
  • update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them will be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
